Taking Detours

Much of life feels like a detour from an original plan.

The way I see it there two things you can do when you realize you’ve taken a detour.

You can either turn back.

Or you can move forward and trust that the detour will eventually get you to where you wanted to go all along.

I’ve often found that continuing along the new path is the better option in the long run.

Even if you don’t end up where you originally wanted to go, the end destination is often just as good.

But of course, mileage may vary.
